Programme Aims | The programme provides students with professional knowledge and skills of electrical power and electrical Installation so as to enable them to work in a specialised area in electrical services and electrical supply system. | |
Career Prospects | Graduates are normally employed as assistant engineers, technicians, supervisors, technical sales engineers. Most of them work in the areas of electrical services, electrical installation, power system, lighting systems, E&M operation & maintenance, electrical & electronic servicing. | |
Articulation | Graduates can apply for admission to the relevant BEng (Hons) programmes offered by the local universities. Upon admission to relevant degree programme, graduates can apply for credit exemption. The level of exemption will be considered on individual basis. Higher Diploma is recognised by most overseas universities. Special offers are given by RMIT University, Australia (2-year full-time and 8-semester PT BEng programme studying in HK in collaboration with SHAPE). | |
