2026 Manpower Survey of the Real Estate Services Industry
The Real Estate Services Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) is conducting its quadrennial manpower survey to collect the latest manpower information of the industry and to formulate recommendations for future manpower training. We would be most grateful if companies invited to participate in the survey could kindly complete and return the questionnaire.
VTC has appointed Mercado Solutions Associates Limited (MSA) to assist in conducting this survey. During the survey period, the enumerators of MSA will contact the invited companies to conduct interviews and assist in completing the questionnaires. The information provided will be handled in strict confidence and published on an aggregate basis without reference to individual companies. The salient findings and the survey report will be uploaded to the Manpower Survey Information System of the VTC after completion of the survey:

“Real Estate KOL” Short Video Contest

Remarks: Free of charge, and a Certificate of Attendance will be issued
Pre-contest Guided Tour (Mandatory)
Date: 4 July 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Venue: Kai Tak Runway Area Residential Properties (Assembly points will be announced later)
Video Submission Period: 4 July 2026 (Saturday)–11 July 2026 (Saturday)
Contest Theme: To present the Kai Tak Runway Area as a highly livable community through an introduction of its surrounding environment and supporting facilities.
Eligibility: Local full-time Secondary 3 to Secondary 6 students, or those with equivalent qualifications^
^ Local full-time students pursuing other programmes at Qualifications Framework Level 3 or below
Mode of Participation:
- Individuals or teams comprising not more than 3 students
- Each school may nominate up to 5 students or 3 teams to participate
