Governance Structure

The Council

VTC has a well-established governance structure. The Council - the highest authority in VTC - comprises senior government officials and representatives from the industrial, commercial, service, labour and educational sectors.

The operation of the Council is supported by 5 Functional Committees and 25 Training Boards.
