Announcement of New Directorate Appointment

Dr CHAN Fong Yee Fanny

Dr CHAN has been appointed as Assistant Executive Director. She assumes the role of Principal of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwun Tong) and concurrently as the Deputy Academic Director of Business Discipline.

Dr. CHAN is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in academic management.  Prior to her current role, she worked in several local universities, making significant contributions to programme and curriculum development, accreditation and quality assurance, emerging technology applications, entrepreneurship and sustainability education. In addition to her academic leadership, Dr CHAN actively collaborates with industry partners and non-government organizations for arranging activities to enrich students’ learning experience.

Dr CHAN holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (The University of Hong Kong), a Master of Philosophy degree in Communication (Hong Kong Baptist University), and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Marketing (The University of Kent, UK).
