      The VTC Flag Raising Team was appointed to assist the Council to conduct the national flag raising ceremony on important days and special occasions.     The Vocational Training Council (VTC) held a flag raising ceremony today (31 December) to welcome the New Year. VTC Chairman Mr Tony TAI, Chairman-designate the Hon Jeffrey LAM and Deputy Chairman Mr Paul CHONG, together with VTC management, teaching staff, and students joined the ceremony to extend their best wishes for the continued prosperity and growth of Hong Kong and the nation. The ceremony was conducted by the VTC Flag Raising Team, comprising student and staff members, and was followed by an appointment ceremony for new team members.

    As Hong Kong’s largest provider of vocational and professional education and training (VPET), VTC will continue to stay aligned with the evolving needs of industry and society, offer industry relevant VPET programmes for young people and working adults, nurturing more talents to support the strategic development of Hong Kong and the nation.
