Drs. Richard Charles & Esther Yewpick Lee Charitable Foundation Vocational & Professional Education and Training (VPET) Scholarship Scheme

Continuing its staunch support to Vocational & Professional Education and Training (VPET), Drs. Richard Charles and Esther Yewpick Lee Charitable Foundation kindly donated yet another fund to support a new VPET Scholarship Scheme benefiting Higher Diploma students starting from 2020/21 academic year.

The VPET Scholarship Scheme entails a Scholarship for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students to pursue further studies at degree level albeit their financial circumstances and an Outstanding Industrial Attachment Award (OIAA), which aided financially needy students who have performed exceptionally well in their industrial attachment.

A total of 105 awardees, 5 for the NCS Scholarship and 100 for the OIAA, were awarded in 2020/21 academic year.  The Scheme opens to financially needy students who gave their best to achieve good performance in the VPET pathways and support deserving students for upward mobility.
