Introducing the Hong Kong Housing Society Award, this esteemed program continually acknowledges the exceptional academic achievements of VTC students pursuing Higher Diplomas and Bachelor's degrees related to housing and elderly services. For two decades, this prestigious Award has provided numerous scholarships recognising elite students and financial assistance supporting students to pursue their Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) at VTC.
The recent award ceremony, held on 18 January, was a resounding success, honoring a total of 48 deserving students from THEi, IVE, and HKDI. These awards hold great significance, empowering recipients to further their educational pursuits. Most importantly, the program goes beyond scholarships, offering valuable professional training sessions and opening doors to volunteer service opportunities. This comprehensive approach encourages awardees to actively enhance their knowledge, unleash their potential, and ultimately contribute as key players in Hong Kong's housing sector's future development.
