Mr K S Cheng Memorial Scholarship – Dare to Dream and Diligently Fulfill Dreams

Mr K S Cheng Memorial Scholarship (the Scholarship), established in AY2012/13, is dedicated to supporting VTC students in realizing their dreams for them to define their personal goals, set learning objectives, and achieve their target through a structured one-year plan.  To date, over 500 students have benefitted from this remarkable scholarship which has become a beacon of hope for those pursuing their dreams at the VTC.  It not only offers financial assistance to aspiring students but also nurtures the courage needed to confront challenges, strive for excellence, and take meaningful steps toward fulfilling their life objectives.

On 11 November 2024, an awardee sharing session was held at IVE(Morrison Hill) in which  students shared how the Scholarship has transformed their dreams into reality and unlock their potential for a brighter future.  The heartfelt stories of students achieving their goals highlight the profound influence of the Scholarship along their learning journeys.

We express our deepest gratitude to Ms Vina CHENG for her unwavering support and dedication in helping students pursue their dreams over the past decade.  Her generosity has made a significant difference in the lives of many and continues to inspire future talent.
