Innovation Award and Seed Fund powered by Dorsett Hospitality International 2022/23

We're excited to announce that the second year of the Innovation Award & Seed Fund Scheme powered by Dorsett Hospitality International (“DHI”) has concluded with great success.  Thanks to DHI's generous donation, 10 finalist projects from 26 applications offering various social innovations were presented to a panel of investors, corporate representatives and scholars.  Two Gold Award winners were selected and awarded seed funding to further refine their ideas/products for the next step of their start-up setup.  You can find details of the winning teams and their projects HERE.

The Innovation Award and Seed Fund powered by DHI was launched in 2021 to unlock VTC higher diploma students' innovative ideas in their final year projects by providing financial support for research and further development.  Each finalist project team received prizes and training arranged by the VTC Innovation and Technology Co-creation Centre powered by DHI to prepare for their final pitching.

VTC and DHI share a passionate commitment to nurturing visionary, innovative and entrepreneurial talents.  We're proud to support this scheme and look forward to partnering with DHI and other organizations to foster the next generation of innovators.
