CLP Award for VPET Students 2022/23

Grateful appreciation to the CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP) for its unwavering and continuous support of the CLP Award for VPET Students (Award), which aims to support the financially needy students pursuing power engineering related Higher Diploma programmes in the VTC. Aligned with the development of Hong Kong, the Award helps nurture professional talent for the local energy industry by equipping them with the Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) and boosting their upward mobility.

Each recipient will receive $10,000 each year to support learning expenses during his/her two-year Higher Diploma study in the VTC. In AY2022/23, 75 Year-1 and 75 Year-2 students were granted the Award in January 2023. A total of 375 awards have been granted, benefitting 225 students since the inception of the Award in AY2020/21.
