“Culinary Journey with Master Chefs” was held at the International Culinary
Institute (ICI) on 11 November to pay tribute to sponsors, industry partners and
alumni for their continued support for the VTC in promoting the development of vocational
and professional education and training and nurturing skilled talents for industry
and society. Featuring delectable
creations by culinary experts, renowned master chefs graduating from VTC and
award-winning international mixologist, the exhilarating culinary journey delighted the taste buds of the guests, leaving them
with memorable moments.
