Announcement of New Directorate Appointment

A new appointment at the Directorate rank has been made with effect from 2 December 2019.

Mr WOO Kin-ho, Kenny

Mr WOO Kin-ho, Kenny has been appointed as Head of Human Resources Division in charge of the overall operation of the Division. He leads the Division in formulating and driving HR strategies in support of the Council’s strategies and initiatives. He also oversees the HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure effective and efficient implementation within the Council.

Mr WOO possesses extensive years of all-round human resources and general administration in different operational units of the Council. Prior to his current position, he had served as a Deputy Head of Human Resources Division and had played a key role in many HR projects and reviews.

Mr WOO holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hong Kong Baptist University) and a Master of Education (University of Western Australia). He is a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
