Announcement of New Directorate Appointment

Ms. CHOW Mun-saunt Belinda

Ms. CHOW has been appointed as Assistant Executive Director, Headquarters (Industry Partnership).  She is responsible for overseeing the Training Boards’ activities, manpower surveys, Vocational Education, Training and Professional Development (VPET) assessments and training schemes, as well as strengthening the industry networking efforts of VTC.
 
Ms. CHOW is a seasoned administrator with extensive experience in leading and managing strategic initiatives and developing partnerships with industries, investors, philanthropists and the community.  Prior to this appointment, Ms. Chow had served in senior executive roles in the education and public sectors, including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, VTC, Invest Hong Kong and Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
 
Ms. CHOW holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (London School of Economics and Political Science), and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration (University of Ottawa).
