All VTC classes/examinations to be cancelled today

In view of the disruption of public transport services, all classes/examinations of all member institutions of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) will be cancelled today (11 November 2019). For staff and students who have difficulties travelling to campuses and offices, please stay home and stay safe. If you have already returned to the campus/office, please also stay in a safe place and stay tuned to the traffic conditions.
