The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce supports Student Industrial Attachment Programme in Mainland

The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce continued to support VTC students to attend industrial attachment programmes in the Mainland in 2019.

The Chamber held a kick-off ceremony for the “Internship and Exchange Programme for Tertiary Students 2019” on 2 May 2019.  Apart from cheque presentation, student representatives of participating institutions also shared their invaluable exchange experiences gain through the scholarship last year.  This year, the Chamber sponsor a total of 90 Degree students of civil engineering and Higher Diploma students of aircraft maintenance engineering to undertake industrial attachment in Zhuhai, Guangzhou or Xiamen.  Students would engage in enterprise attachment, seminars and exchange activities with Mainland students so as to grasp the latest development of China and their respective industries as well as to broaden their social network and horizon.
