With the support of J.P. Morgan, the Future-ready Talent Incubation Program has supported over 250 students to undertake 280 hours of work placement and conduct problem-based industrial projects since its launch in 2018.  In the Launching Ceremony of Innovation & Technology Co-creation Centre situated at IVE (Morrison Hill) on 9 October, various outstanding student projects, including the “Immersive Kit” which won the Best Report and Presentation Award of the Program, are showcased to the guests.

Immersive Kit is a portable VR/AR development framework riding on the smartphone platform.  Its AI-powered human tracking technology and advanced interaction ability can reduce the development time on animating the VR/AR human-like-character for various commercial applications, including industrial training simulation.

To express our gratitude to J.P. Morgan, the VTC Chairman, Mr Tony TAI (right), presented a thank you souvenir to Mr Yowjie Chien (left), Managing Director, Global Head of Warrants and Options Electronic Client Solutions of J.P. Morgan, in the Launching Ceremony.
