HSBC Speak for Success Programme - Turn Students Potential to Success

The Sharing Session cum Award Presentation Ceremony 2018/19 was successfully held on 21 June and marked the completion in this academic year for the HSBC Speak for Success Programme.  With more than 9 months training including personal image, presentation skills, talks, experience sharing with professionals and other team-building activities, the Programme enhanced the communication and collaboration skills of VTC students studying Higher Diploma and Diploma of Foundation Studies programmes cultivate them to become vivid, confident and keen speakers.

In the Ceremony, a total of 80 students were awarded the “Best Performance Award” and “Best Improvement Award”.  At the same time, three student representatives gave speeches on the two themes namely “Personal Growth” and “Technology and Interpersonal Relationship”.  A Speech Contest was also held for students’ practice.

Thanks for the sponsorship from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, which is the fifth in a row. Since the establishment of the Programme in 2014, more than 10,000 students were benefitted.
