HSBC Speak for Success Programme – Nurture Students’ Potential to Succeed

The HSBC Speak for Success Programme 2019/20 was successfully completed in June 2020 benefited more than 5000 IVE & HKDI students. With more than nine months of training including personal image, presentation skills, public speaking, experience sharing with professionals and other team-building activities, the Programme aims to cultivate students to become vivid, confident and keen speakers, and to equip them with communication and collaboration skills that would help them excel in the world of work.
 
A finale event - HSBC Speak for Success Speech Contest, was organized for the students to bring their learning further and challenge themselves. The finale was held on 10 June with 15 finalists to compete for 3 Awards in English, Cantonese and Putonghua categories at the Innovation and Technology Co-creation Centre in IVE(Morrison Hill).
 
To encourage and recognize the commendable effort and positive attitude of all participating students to become a “Better Me”, a total of 80 students were also awarded the “Best Performance Award” and “Best Improvement Award” during the online Ceremony on 26 June.
