The Prize Presentation Ceremony for the Bright Future Charitable Foundation STEM in PE and Play Design Competition was held on 20 February,2025 at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) Chai Wan Campus. This year, the competition attracted over 250 students and featured 26 teams from primary and secondary schools. In his special remarks to the floor, Dr Roy CHUNG, the founder of the Bright Future Charitable Foundation which sponsored the Competition, encouraged the awardees to actively explore the integration of STEM, play, and sports. He emphasized that STEM in PE enhances students' health and empowered them to pursue their interests in STEM. He also highlighted the importance of nurturing talent in innovative technology for the future of Hong Kong.

The ceremony also showcased 16 shortlisted school teams from the 2025 competition, comprising six teams from secondary schools and ten from primary schools. These teams demonstrated  their creative sports projects, providing  an excellent opportunity for them to engage with their peers and guests. This interaction aimed at enhancing their project designs, gameplay elements, and data analysis.

Launched in 2022, the Competition is designed  to integrate STEM into physical education in both primary and secondary schools while promoting Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) and VTC programmes. This initiative not only helps students develop essential STEM skills but also inspires creativity and highlights the enjoyment of combining technology with physical education.
