Outstanding Industrial Attachment Scholarships and VTC Design Education Fund Presentation Ceremony 2024

The Outstanding Industrial Attachment Scholarships and VTC Design Education Fund Presentation Ceremony was held on 9 November 2024 at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Haking Wong). A total of 400 Higher Diploma students received the awards in recognition of their excellent achievements during their industrial attachment. Since its establishment, the scholarship scheme has benefitted over 5,200 students with the support of industry partners and employers.

This year, we were honored to invite Dr Warren MA Kai-yum, BBS, Executive Vice President of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong as the guest of honor. Together with the distinguished guests from various sectors of industry, we celebrated the students' relentless efforts and boundless joy. In his inspiring address, Dr Ma encouraged the students to actively equip themselves, unleash their strengths, and contribute to the development of Hong Kong.

VTC sincerely appreciates the unwavering support and generous contributions from all the donating companies / corporations, industry partners, employers, and distinguished guests. Together, we strive to cultivate talents and foster the development of vocational and professional education.
