Valued Choice of Pre-employment Programmes
In addition to offering new degree programmes through
THEi, a number of new courses and enriched modules are
introduced in areas of growth and strong demand, such
as engineering, construction, health care and elderly care
services.
We are also extending the learning experiences and
qualifications offered to students through collaborations
with local, Mainland and overseas institutions and
universities. Top-up degree programmes are offered to
meet the aspirations of HD graduates and other sub-degree
holders for higher qualifications. Moreover, master degree
programmes are offered in partnership with The University of
Warwick.
Student-oriented Curriculum
Alongside these changes, we are also reviewing our
curriculum to ensure our programmes are relevant to
the diverse needs of our students. Revamped HD and
Foundation Diploma (Level 3) programmes were introduced
in 2012/13 for the first batch of HKDSE graduates. The
new HD programmes have been developed with enriched
language training, whole person development, green
features as well as a mandatory component of not less than
90 hours of industrial attachment to enhance students’
work-readiness and employability.

程、建造、健康護理及安老服務等，推出新
課程或增潤單元。
我們亦為學生提供更多進修和提升資歷的機
會，與本地、內地以及海外多家院校及大學
合作，開辦學士學位銜接課程，回應高級文
憑畢業生及其他副學位畢業生對更高學歷的
需求。此外，我們亦與英國華威大學合辦碩
士課程。
