Honorary Fellowships

Ms Tina LIU Tien-lan possesses over 25 years of experience in the film, television, radio, music, stage, publishing and fashion retail industries. Her forte in image design, production and training has earned her compliments such as “First Lady of Looking Good”, “Image Guru”, “Style Icon” and “China’s Premier Image Consultant”. Her clients include a long list of Asia’s entertainment and Olympic superstars as well as major corporations such as HSBC, MTR Corporation, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hutchison Telecommunications, Omega, Louis Vuitton and many more.
 

Ms Liu is a committed member of VTC’s Design Institute Advisory Board. She has been actively involved in the curriculum design and validation of the courses of the Fashion and Textiles Department. She made invaluable contributions to VTC’s development of a quality foundation design education, and particularly on branding and image building of HKDI. She has also advised on its communication strategies and successfully promoted the Fashion Image Design courses to the public and the industry through various channels. During the past years, Ms Liu has given advice to final-year students’ works and the preparation of the annual Image Shows. Ms Liu has helped enhance VTC’s visibility in the creative industry.
