Honorary Fellowships

Ms Caroline MAK Sui King is a board member of Dairy Farm Management Services Ltd. She is the first female board member and the most senior female executive in Jardine Matheson Group, the parent company of Dairy Farm. Ms Mak was the Managing Director for IKEA Hong Kong and Taiwan before she acted as the CEO of Mannings Greater China. By successfully branding Mannings as a chain store specialising in health care and cosmetic products, she had led Mannings to become Hong Kong’s No. 1 market share holder in the cosmetics and western medicine sector, and had made Mannings the most preferred brand according to surveys conducted by A.C. Nielsen and Synovate.
 

Ms Mak is the President of Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association. She is Committee Member of the Executive Board of Hong Kong Retail Management Association and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce Retail and Distribution Committee. She is also member of the Advisory Committee for the Department of Management and Marketing of the Faculty of Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is member of the Industry Working Group, Skills Upgrading Scheme Retail Trade under the Labour and Welfare Bureau and has been the Chairperson of the VTC’s Retail Trade Training Board since 2002.
