Honorary Fellowships

Mr Kenneth LO Lok Fung is Honorary Chairman and Director of Hong Kong Woolen & Synthetic Knitting Manufacturers’ Association, Ltd. He has over 40 years of experience in the textile and clothing industry. He is Member of the Textile Advisory Board, Member of the General Committee of Textile Council of Hong Kong Limited and member of the Industry Working Group, Skills Upgrading Scheme. He is also actively involved in charity and education. He is Chairman of Windshield Charitable Foundation and serves in various boards and committees of schools and education institutions.
 

Mr. Lo has been serving on the Textile and Clothing Training Board (TCTB) for over 9 years and is currently its Chairman since April 2007. He has been the Chairman of the Textile Industry Training Centre (TETC) Management Committee since 2004 and was the Convenor of the Steering Committee on Trainee Awards. He has given support to the activities of the TCTB, TETC and the Department of Fashion and Textiles, IVE (Kwai Chung) such as manpower surveys, seminars and delegations. He has made significant contributions to the development of the TETC including the discipline review of the Technician Foundation Certificate courses run by the TETC and the operation of the Textile Resources Information Centre.
