Cancellation of VTC Graduation Ceremony

In view of the uncertainties of the social situation and traffic condition, the Vocational Training Council (VTC) Graduation Ceremony originally scheduled to be held on 3 December 2019 (Tuesday) will be cancelled. Graduands will be informed of the certificate collection arrangement in due course.
