「智」健康生活 Smart Well-Being

比賽旨在培養學生的觀察力、解難能力及創意思考。以「智」健康生活為主題，鼓勵學生運用STEM的知識及技巧，關注身心健康及社會關懷等日常生活需要，從中發掘問題並構思改善方法。參賽者可利用微控制器編程、3D打印及手辦製作等技術，設計有助提升個人及社區身心健康、營造更安全和關愛社會的創新產品，從而改善生活質素。
The competition aims to cultivate students’ observation skills, problem‑solving abilities, and creative thinking. With the theme of “Smart Well‑Being”, participants are encouraged to apply STEM knowledge and skills to the enhancement of physical, mental, and social well‑being in daily life. By identifying real‑life needs and challenges, students can design innovative solutions or products that promote a healthier, safer, and more caring community. Techniques such as microcontroller programming, 3D printing, and prototyping can be used to develop innovative designs that improve the quality of life.

  Foster students’ observation skills, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking in daily life with a focus on smart well being.
• 鼓勵學生應用STEM知識，識別及探討與身心健康及社會關懷相關的議題，包括促進運動參與及積極生活模式。
  Encourage students to apply STEM knowledge to issues related to physical, mental, and social well‑being, identifying and addressing topics such as participation in sports and active lifestyles.
• 激發創新解決方案，促進健康及可持續的城市生活環境。
  Inspire innovative solutions that contribute to a healthy, sustainable urban environment.

一月一日：開始接受報名 1 January: Registration begins 二月至四月：比賽工作坊 February to April: Competition workshops 四月底：截止報名及提交海報和短片 Late April: Deadline for registration, submission of draft poster, and short videos 五月：公佈決賽入圍者 May: Announcement of the top ten finalists 五月中：決賽和頒獎典禮 Mid May: Final competition and award ceremony

• 就讀中一至中四的全日制學生
  Full-time students from Form 1 to Form 4
• 就讀七年級至十年級或同等學歷的全日制國際學校學生
  Full-time international school students from Grade 7 to Grade 10 or equivalent

• 每間學校的參賽隊伍數目不限
  No limit to the number of teams from each school.
• 每隊應由2-6名學生組成
  Each team should consist of 2-6 students.
• 每隊必須有一位負責的老師
  Each team must be led by a teacher-in-charge.

比賽於2026年1月1日開始接受網上報名。成功報名的隊伍會收到一封包含參賽號碼的確認電郵。
Online registration will start on 1 Jan 2026 via MS Form. A confirmation email with an Entry Number will be issued upon successful registration.

需提交的資料 Submission Materials:

海報 Poster	中文或英文海報 Poster in either Chinese or English 檔案應在20MB以內，建議使用PDF格式 File size within 20MB, pdf file recommended 海報不得超過一頁 A3紙 Entry should be within a A3 page
Short Video (Optional) 短片(非必要)	製作大約3至5分鐘的介紹影片 Produce a video with a suggested length of 3-5 minutes introducing the design 將影片上傳至YouTube並提交YouTube 連結 Upload the video to Youtube and submit the YouTube link

所有報名參賽並成功提交作品的參賽者，均會獲發參賽證書乙張
A certificate of participation will be issued to all participants who have successfully submitted their designs.


決賽隊伍及安排將四月底之前公佈
The finalist teams and competition final arrangements will be announced before late April.
