Programme Aims
Hong Kong is one of the most popular places in the world for international Event, Exhibition and Performance. And, Hong Kong Government is vigorously promoting mega event economy, and attracting more world-class mega events to be staged in Hong Kong. As a result, there is a high demand for specialist graduates to design, produce and manage of various activities every year.

The unique programme will give students the knowledge and skills to work as Design for Stage, Concert, Film & TV Set, Event, Exhibition, Museum, Window Display and Shopping Mall Decoration & Festival Design. Students will learn design methodology and techniques including cultural context and spatial design, and also creative production skills.

The programme is designed with an emphasis on generic, language and communication training, whole-person development and workplace experience to better prepare students for further studies and employment after graduation.
Professional Recognition
Students are eligible to apply for student membership of Hong Kong Association of Theatre Technicians & Scenographers (HKATTS), the Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) and the Hong Kong Visual Merchandising Art Association (HKVMAA).
