Programme Aims | The programme aims to develop students with a generalist foundation, multiple skillsets, and cross-disciplinary expertise in the field of user experience design, utilising user interface design essentials and flexible elective modules to meet evolving industry needs. The focus of the programme is to equip students with the skills of analytical thinking, problem solving, visualisation, graphic / image / information interpretation and concept communication through digital information design, user-interface design, human-interaction design, product-experience design, and interactive-spatial design. The programme is designed with an emphasis on generic, language and communication training, whole-person development and workplace experience to better prepare students for further studies and employment after graduation. | |
Professional Recognition | Students are eligible to apply for student membership of the Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA). Students are eligible to apply for student membership of the Interaction Designers Association Hong Kong (IxDA HK). | |
