    Part-time (Daytime) Teaching Associate
    Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Sha Tin)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To perform teaching duties, and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
    (b) To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
    (c) To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and
    (d) To participate in departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and  exhibitions.
     
    Requirements:
    (a) A relevant recognized degree or professional qualification, preferably with a relevant post-graduate qualification;
    (b) Preferably with relevant teaching / tutoring and/or industry experience; and
    (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese.
     
    Notes:
    (1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English and make a presentation at the interview.
    (2) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
