Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To spearhead the planning, design, development and marketing of award-bearing insurance training programmes, professional examinations and other services; |
(b) |
To manage PEAK’s award-bearing and non-award bearing training programmes; |
(c) |
To provide support for matters relating to the accreditation / re-accreditation of PEAK’s programmes; and implement VTC quality assurance policies; |
(d) |
To grow customer base and develop new market opportunities for PEAK in Hong Kong, Macau and in the Mainland; and |
(e) |
To achieve annual financial income targets and business results. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree, preferably with a master’s degree; |
(b) |
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the insurance or related industry, preferably with exposure in training and development; |
(c) |
Relevant professional qualification(s) in insurance, e.g. ANZIIF, CII, etc. are highly preferred; |
(d) |
In-depth understanding of the latest regulatory requirements, technical knowledge, market practices and training and development needs of the local insurance industry; |
(e) |
Proven records in service selling and account management with an established business network in the insurance, banking and financial services industries; and |
(f) |
Good communication and presentation skills with a high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. |

The post is at the rank of Senior Lecturer. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and multiple locations within and outside Hong Kong. |
