Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties and maintain related training records for the following and / or similar modules in Professional Diploma, Professional Certificates, Diploma and Certificate programmes: |

(i) |
Financial Management modules; |
|
(ii) |
Managerial Accounting modules; |
|
(iii) |
Mathematics modules; and |
|
(iv) |
Food & Beverage Cost Control modules; |
|
and assist in supervision of students’ project and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
(d) |
To assist in preparing, monitoring and analysing food and beverage cost of Training Restaurants, The T Hotel, Café Manson and Training Cafe; |
(e) |
To assist in the procurement and routine maintenance of equipment / facilities; and |
(f) |
To liaise with counterparts in the industry and related associations. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in the discipline of Accounting, Hotel and / or Catering Management or a relevant discipline, or equivalent; |
(b) |
Preferably with relevant teaching and / or working experience in financial management and cost control related to hospitality and / or catering industry; |
(c) |
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; and |
(d) |
Preferably with knowledge of Materials Control System and proficiency in standard office computer software applications. |

Notes: |
(1) |
The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment. |
(3) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
