Programme Aims

The programme aims at improving students' general and professional knowledge and skills, and cooperating with the whole-person development module to provide them with the best equipment for further studies or entry into related industries in the future. The Hairdressing Programme provides students with the industry knowledge and skills required in the hairdressing industry. Graduates can choose to further their studies or seek employment.

Career Prospects

Graduates may be employed as hairstylists, junior stylists, technicians or trainees, or hair product sale executives, etc.

Articulation

Holders of Diploma of Vocational Education (students admitted to DVE in AY2017/18 or before are required to complete prescribed further studies modules) are considered having met the general entrance requirements of Higher Diploma programmes (not applicable to programmes with specific entrance requirements).
