Programme Aims
The programme aims at developing students’ academic knowledge and practical skills in general and professional fields. Through a balanced curriculum and structured whole person development module, the programme equips students with all-roundness and professional competencies for embarking on a business career. The Business programme provides students with the professional knowledge and skills required in the commercial sector. It also emphasises hands-on training to equip students with a wide range of practical skills and adopt new technology to strengthen their abilities to work and employability that will be useful for their future careers. Graduates may choose to further their studies or seek employment.

  • Accounting Studies Stream (FS113351A) - accounts clerks, accounting assistants, cost control clerks, audit juniors, assistant accounting officers, etc.
  • Business Studies Stream (FS113351B) – digital marketing assistants, claims assistants, assistant clerical officers, executive assistants, logistics assistants, media and marketing assistants, customer service officers, etc.
Articulation
Holders of Diploma of Vocational Education (students admitted to DVE in AY2017/18 or before are required to complete prescribed further studies modules) are considered having met the general entrance requirements of Higher Diploma programmes (not applicable to programmes with specific entrance requirements).
