Study Arrangement^

The first year |
Participants will study a full-time Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) programme at the Youth College. |

The second to fourth years |
Participants will be employed by the participating companies as apprentices. Employers will also sponsor the apprentices to study the part-time-day-release DVE Programme. |
Allowance & Salary*

The first year |
Participants will receive $1,400 subsidy from the employers for a total of 11 months. |
|
The second to fourth years |
Participants will receive a total subsidy of $15,400 from their employers, a guaranteed monthly salary not less than $8,000 and an average of $2,000 Government Allowance. The total monthly income can reach up to $10,000. |

Secondary 3 to 5 graduates studying the Diploma of Vocational Education can enjoy free tuition. |
