Scheme Details Progression Path Student Sharing Admission

Study Arrangement^

The first year	Participants will study a full-time Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) programme at the Youth College.
The second to fourth years	Participants will be employed by the participating companies as apprentices. Employers will also sponsor the apprentices to study the part-time-day-release DVE Programme.

Allowance & Salary*

The first year	Participants will receive $1,400 subsidy from the employers for a total of 11 months.
The second to fourth years	Participants will receive a total subsidy of $15,400 from their employers, a guaranteed monthly salary not less than $8,000 and an average of $2,000 Government Allowance. The total monthly income can reach up to $10,000.

Tuition Fee

Secondary 3 to 5 graduates studying the Diploma of Vocational Education can enjoy free tuition.

A maximum total subsidy of $30,800 from the Construction Industry Council (CIC) will be given to participants of TSS.
