| Programme Aims | The programme aims to provide students with fundamental environmental science knowledge for sustainable development, including ecology, fieldwork safety, laboratory practice, environmental chemistry and microbiology. Year One students who completed the common semester can opt to progress to either environmental science or environmental protection and management professional programmes. The broad-based common curriculum design provides a holistic experience for the Year One student and a sound foundation to enable the students to confirm their study in the professional. The programme is suitable for students who have a great interest in the environmental science, environmental protection, environmental management and sustainability industry and professions. | |
