Major Duties: |
|
For Campus |
|
(a) |
To support the production of online teaching videos and materials; |
|
(b) |
To setup equipment support (e.g. lighting, recording) for video production; |
|
(c) |
To support video editing, production and uploading; and |
|
(d) |
To provide clerical and general administrative support services. |
|
|
|
|
For Headquarters (Academic Services) |
|
(a) |
To assist in the implementation of various digital projects; |
|
(b) |
To support design, testing and documentation in various digital applications; |
|
(c) |
To assist in the development of digital solutions and exploration of use cases; |
|
(d) |
To support the production of videos, materials and photos for student activities, student halls, and events, including equipment setup (e.g. lighting, recording); and |
|
(e) |
To provide support on preparation of communication materials and general administrative support services. |
|
|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
(i) |
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR |
|
|
(ii) |
A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects, and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR |

(iii) |
A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin; |
|

Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
|
(b) |
Proficiency in computer software application, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams; |
|
(c) |
Preferably with video editing and production knowledge / experience; |
|
(d) |
Good command of English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; |
|
(e) |
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; |
|
(f) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and |
|
(g) |
Good work initiative and be customer-oriented. |

The appointee(s) are required to attend training sessions to be provided by VTC. |
