Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the 2025/26 academic year are currently under review. These will be determined taking account of inflation, curriculum structure and other relevant factors. Tuition fees are subject to annual reviews. The tuition fees for the 2025/26 academic year will be announced on this homepage at a later stage.

 

Full-time Degree Programmes
 

The study duration of Degree programmes is normally 4 years. The tuition fees of Degree programmes are charged according to the number of credit points taken during a semester. Students have to complete at least 120 to 132 credit points for graduation.

Notes :

  1. In addition to tuition fees, students will be required to pay other fees, such as caution money, students’ union entrance fees and annual fee.
  2. Depending on the requirements of individual programmes, students may be required to attend additional training / industrial attachments, for which separate fees will be charged.
  3. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.


 

Full-time Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma Programmes
 

  • The study duration of Higher Diploma programmes is normally 2 years. The tuition fee is payable in two installments each year.
  • The study duration of Diploma of Foundation Studies and Diploma of Vocational Education programmes is normally 1 year. The tuition fee is payable in two installments.
  • The study duration of Diploma programmes in Hotel and Tourism is normally 1 year. The study duration of Diploma programmes in Chinese Cuisine and International Cuisine is normally 2 years. The tuition fee is payable in two installments each year.

# Tuition fees are subject to annual review. The tuition fee levels for 2nd Year will be reviewed subject to inflationary adjustments and other relevant factors.

^ The tuition fees for Diploma in International Culinary Arts (QF Level 3) are HK$16,700 (1st Year) and HK$12,100 (2nd Year)

+ The tuition fees for Diploma in Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery (QF Level 3) are HK$14,900 (1st Year) and HK$12,800 (2nd Year).
 

Notes :

  1. In addition to tuition fees, students will be required to pay other fees, such as caution money and students’ union annual fees. Students of Higher Diploma programmes will be required to pay the study package fees for Chinese & Putonghua modules. Students of Diploma programmes in Hotel and Tourism, Chinese Cuisine and International Cuisine will be required to purchase uniform, safety shoes or reference books where applicable.
  2. Some students may be required to study bridging modules or enhancement programmes to support their study; or to attend additional training, industrial attachments, public examinations for which separate fees will be charged.
  3. Students of Diploma of Foundation Studies programmes may choose to take the optional module “Foundation Mathematics III” with a separate tuition fee.
  4. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.
