Application for AY 2025/26 Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes


Principal’s Nomination Scheme (PNS)

The Vocational Training Council (VTC) offers the Principal's Nomination Scheme (PNS) to admit students with outstanding achievements in non-academic areas (e.g. STEAM projects, sports, music, creative art and writing, social services, leadership, etc.) or Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) / industry-related subjects / activities, to our Higher Diploma (HD) programmes*.

 

Eligibility

  1. Applicants with outstanding achievements in non-academic areas or VPET / industry-related subjects / activities to submit online application for FTS6 programmes via the “VTC S6 Admission Portal” and upload supporting documents of outstanding achievements / results on or before 28 Feb 2025.
  2. Online nomination by school principals is scheduled from 1 Mar to 19 May 2025. Steps for the submission of nominations will be provided to schools in early Feb 2025.

 

Remarks

* For licensing HD programmes - Higher Diploma in Child Care and Education (CE114301), Higher Diploma in Social Work (CE114303) and Higher Diploma in Special Child Care and Inclusive Education (CE114305), applicants should have met the programme entrance requirements upon registration.
