Programme Aims | The programme aims to develop students’ knowledge and practical problem-solving and analytical skills for the analysis, design and implementation of computer systems with an emphasis on information security. This programme is designed with an emphasis on generic and language training, whole-person development and workplace experience to better prepare students for further studies and employment after graduation. | |
Career Prospects | Graduates will be able to take positions as Information Security Officers, Network Administrators / Engineers and Network and System Security Engineer. | |
Articulation | Graduates can apply for admission to relevant degree courses offered by local and overseas universities. Currently, there are top-up degree programmes offered by VTC in collaboration with Coventry University and University of the West of England, UK. These programmes accredited by Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications enjoys similar status of locally-accredited honours bachelor's degree programmes. | |
