國際化環境 促進學習

年內,

VTC

參與了不少跨境及國際會

議、論壇和展覽,計有在瑞士舉行

的職業培訓國際大會、北京的世界

職教院校聯盟世界大會、澳洲技術

與持續教育學院院長委員會在當地

舉行的國際大會,以及在上海舉行

的滬港台職業教育論壇。透過這些

國際交流平台,

VTC

師生得以增進知

識及拓闊網絡。

海外學習交流同樣有助學生探索全

新視野,豐富學習體驗。本年度

約有

3,000

名學生參與海外交流

計劃,足跡遍布不同地域,包括

澳洲、比利時、柬埔寨、德國、

印尼、日本、韓國、馬來西亞、

西班牙、新加坡、台灣、泰國及

英國等。我們亦安排學生到新加坡

和法國等地作境外實習,讓他們在

海外公司或組織中獲得寶貴的工作

經驗,增加就業優勢。

As par t of i ts commi tment to

internationalisation, the VTC offers

a range of oppor tunities to all

students to enhance their skills and

experience. These activities include

student exchanges, internship

placements and cross-border and

international events, opening up

new vistas for students and staff

through extensive exposure to

global interactions.

作為國際化的一環,

VTC

為全體學

生提供了各種提升技能和豐富經驗

的機會,包括交換生計劃、實習培

訓、跨境及國際項目,透過各式各

樣的國際間互動,增拓學生和教職

員的視野。

Supportive International

Learning Environment

During the year, the VTC participated

i n a numbe r o f c r oss - bo r de r

and international conferences,

forums and exhibitions such as

the International Congress on

Vocational Training in Switzerland,

the World Federation of Colleges

and Polytechnics World Congress in

Beijing, the Technical and Further

Education (TAFE) Directors Australia

National Conference in Australia

and the Shanghai-Hong Kong-Taiwan

Vocational Education Forum in

Shanghai. These events afforded

our students and teachers enriching

oppor tun i t i es to expand the i r

knowledge and networks through

international platforms.

Exchange activities likewise help

students enrich their educational

e x pe r i ence by e x p l o r i ng new

perspectives. During the year, some

3,000 students par ticipated in

overseas programmes, travelling

to Australia, Belgium, Cambodia,

Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Korea,

Malaysia, Spain, Singapore, Taiwan,

Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Outbound industr y attachment

places were secured in a number

of countries such as Singapore and

France, enabling students to gain

invaluable work experience from

their overseas host companies or

organisations and increase their

employability.
