The 21st centur y is an era of

global mindset to drive innovation
and economic growth. Responding
to this global trend, the Vocational
Training Council (VTC) has been
actively embracing a high degree
of internationalisation and is keen
to develop globally competent
and respons i b l e c i t i zens who
can compete in and contribute to
society at local and global levels.
