Articulation
Graduates may articulate to the degree programmes offered by Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi):
  • Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management; and
  • Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management.

Graduates may pursue relevant accredited degree programmes offered by local and overseas institutions, e.g.:
  • Year-3 admission to BA (Hons) in Digital Marketing or BA (Hons) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management offered by the University College Birmingham in UK
  • Year-3 admission to BA (Hons) Business Management or BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management offered by the School for Higher Education and Professional Education (SHAPE) in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University in UK

Career Prospects
Graduates may be employed in the wine and beverage or catering industry. By accumulating relevant experience in the industry, they may work as a sommelier, mixologist / bartender, wine and beverage sales executive, coffee master, wine and beverage retail executive, or beverage product brand ambassador.
