(Applicable to (i) applicants during 10 Jun and 15 Jul 2025; and (ii) obtained conditional offer(s) on or before 25 Jun)

Please login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to check your offer results / finalised offer results from 16 Jul 9:00 a.m. onwards. If you are given a Firm Offer, you are required to follow the steps to complete the registration via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal":

  • confirm acceptance of offer from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 16 Jul; and
  • download the payment advice and offer documents, pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt to complete the registration by 21 Jul (12:00 noon).

Central Admission Scheme

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education, Diploma programmes. Students may also go to campuses in person for joining the scheme and enquiry.

Applicants will be notified of the offer results on the day of submission of application.

Basic Information

The programme aims to deliver a quality education, with vocational and generic elements, that will enable students to achieve both the basic skills required for developing a career in various business fields, and a sound academic foundation for further studies. The programme focuses heavily on communication, in particular English, Chinese with Putonghua and Information Technology, as these areas are particularly important in the workplace. Emphasis is also placed on the development of interpersonal skills and teamwork, and a student-centred approach.

Professional Recognition

Students who are studying Diploma of Foundation Studies - Business are eligible to apply for the student membership of Hong Kong Quality Management Association.

Separate tuition fee will be charged for this optional module.

Remarks
  1. The study duration of Diploma of Foundation Studies programmes is normally 1 year. The tuition fee is payable in two installments.
  2. In addition to tuition fees, students will be required to pay other fees, such as caution money and students’ union annual fees.
  3. Some students may be required to study bridging modules or enhancement programmes to support their study; or to attend additional training, industrial attachments, public examinations for which separate fees will be charged.
  4. Students of Diploma of Foundation Studies programmes may choose to take the optional module “Foundation Mathematics III” with a separate tuition fee.
  5. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.
