Application Fee

The fee for online applications submitted on or before 19 June 2023 is HK$60. Applicants may choose to pay by one of the following methods (cheque and cash are not accepted):

Credit Card

Applicants may pay the application fee via the On-line Payment platform in the "VTC Web-based Admissions System" :

By VISA / MasterCard
- Click the "Pay by Credit Card" button
- "VISA" or "MasterCard" is accepted
- Enter the Card Number and the Expiry Date
- Enter the Card Holder Name
- Enter Card Security Code
- Reconfirm your payment details, then click "Pay Now"

Notes :

If applicants have already registered Verified By VISA / MasterCard SecureCode, they will be required by their issuing bank to provide corresponding password.
The bank will debit applicants' credit card account once the payment is confirmed.

7-Eleven Stores

Please print out the “Application Record” from the "VTC Web-based Admissions System" (the QR code must be printed clearly).
Pay the application fee at any 7-Eleven Stores with the QR code before application deadline. Please retain the original copy of the receipt.

Faster Payment System (FPS)

You can pay by FPS QR code from the “Application Form” of the "VTC Web-based Admissions System" if you have registered the FPS payment service.

Scree capture the FPS QR code.
Open your eBanking app which supports FPS QR payment service and upload the QR code screen capture.
Make sure the recipient is "Vocational Training Council" and application fee's payment amount is HK$60.00, then confirm the transaction.

- Select [Bill Payment Service]
- Select [Education - Others]
- Select [Vocational Training Council]
- Enter [01] for payment of application fee
- Enter the 14-digit Payment Number
- Enter the application fee amount
- Check the receipt to ensure the transaction is successful
- Please retain your payment receipt for reference and future enquiry

JETCO ATM with JET Payment Logo
- Select [JET Payment]
- Select [Merchant Code Entry]
- Enter in "9151"
- Enter [01] for payment of application fee
- Enter the 14-digit payment number
- Enter the application fee amount
- Check the receipt to ensure the transaction is successful
- Please retain your payment receipt for reference and future enquiry

e-Banking

Applicant can pay through their bank account or credit card (subject to the services provided by the banks) using the internet banking services provided by the banks in Hong Kong. Please visit the respective bank websites for payment of application fee (Applicant should use the above 14-digit payment number as the Bill Account Number).

- Add Bill (Merchant Code "9151")
- Enter the 14-digit payment number
- Select Bill Type [Application Fee for Courses]
- Enter the application fee amount

PPS Paydollar (applicable to Desktop PC only)

Applicants may pay the application fee via the On-line Payment platform in the "VTC Web-based Admissions System" :

Click the "Pay by PPS" button
Select the button "PPS"
Then click "Confirm"
Enter the 8-digit PPS Account Number / PPS Account Name
Enter "PPS Internet Password"
Then click "Submit"
Print and retain the Payment Result for your own record

Notes :

Applicants' account will be debit once the payment is confirmed.
If applicant cannot access the login page of PPS, please browse http://www.java.com/ to install Java.
This payment method is only applicable on desktop computer.

Notes :

Please keep the payment receipt or payment reference number or print out the payment results for records; the application fee is non-refundable.
The VTC Admissions Office will normally take two working days to verify the application fee payment record. Applicants may login to "VTC Web-based Admissions System" to check their application statuses and payment records 3 working days after they have settled the payment. If the payment record shows "Not Yet Paid" in the system by then, please contact the Campus Secretariat of the first campus preference of the first programme choice immediately.
