過去一年，我們與不同組織結成策略伙
伴，其一是與建造業議會簽訂合作備忘
錄，攜手推動人才培訓和課程發展，並
加強建造業課程升學銜接安排，助業界
提升技術和專業水平。
互惠共進的伙伴協作亦體現於我們積極
與業界協力開拓嶄新培訓平台，如香港
高等教育科技學院
(THEi)
與香港欖球總
會合作成立精英欖球訓練中心，香港
知專設計學院
(HKDI)
與形創
360
管理
有限公司合作，於元創坊開設形象設計
實驗空間「
Image Lab 360°
」。
既有的協作項目亦繼續令學生獲益。香港
青年工業家協會舉辦的「
YIC
青年教育及
培訓計劃」、
VTC
與香港工業總會合辦的
「神州青雲路」就業計劃等，安排學生在
本地和內地實習，累積實戰經驗。
Industry Collaborations
During the year, we entered
into strategic partnerships with
a number of organisations. A
Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with the Construction Industry
Council was signed on training and
course development. Articulation
arrangements will be strengthened to
raise skill levels and professionalism
of the industry.
The establishment of new training
platforms in collaboration with
industry partners was another
example. These included the
Elite Rugby Training Centre at the
Technological and Higher Education
Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) with the
Hong Kong Rugby Union and Image
Lab 360°, an experimental space for
image design established by the Hong
Kong Design Institute (HKDI) and
Image Lab. Management Co. Limited
at PMQ.
At the same time, our students
continued to benefit from various
joint initiatives such as the YIC Youth
Education Programme initiated by The
Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council
(YIC) and the Careers China Project,
a collaborative project between the
Federation of Hong Kong Industries and
the VTC. Through these programmes,
our students had the opportunity to
undergo industry attachments in Hong
Kong and the Mainland.

才提升競爭力，為香港的發展增值。
2015
年，我們再度榮獲香港中小型企業
總商會頒授「中小企業最佳拍檔獎」，顯
示
VTC
在此領域的貢獻深受認同。
Local Linkage
During the year, the VTC continued to
work closely with industry in providing
quality and market-driven manpower
training. Through these robust
partnerships, the VTC is able to boost
the competitiveness of many different
sectors as well as the local workforce,
enhancing Hong Kong’s value-added
development. In appreciation of its
contributions to the development
of local small and medium-sized
enterprises, the VTC once again
received the Best SME Partner Award
presented by the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Small and Medium
Business in 2015.
