Joint Projects
September 2015 marked the official
opening of the Guangxi-Hong Kong
Vocational Education Development
Alliance, a joint venture between the
VTC and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous
Region Department of Education.
Located on the Nanning College for
Vocational Technology campus, the
Alliance offers a platform for the VTC
to share experience in vocational and
professional education and training
(VPET) with Guangxi institutions as well
as those from the ASEAN countries,
as Guangxi is the base of the China-
ASEAN Vocational Education Forum.
The VTC and The Friends of Sichuan
Association also spearheaded the
5+5+5 Reciprocal Exchange Project,
whereby five inbound and five
outbound tours were organised for
the VTC and Sichuan students from
five leading vocational institutes,
benefiting a total of 150 students
from both sides. These interactions
afforded Sichuan students the chance
to learn more about Hong Kong
vocational education and Hong Kong
students the opportunity to gain a
better understanding of Sichuan
society and culture.

推動職業專才教育的發展。

與四川之友協會

合作，舉辦
「港川交『職』結對
5+5+5
」交流計劃，
安排四川五所著名院校與
VTC
的學生互
訪，各有五次的易地探訪，惠及兩地
150
名學生；四川學子藉此加深了解香
港的職業教育，而我們的同學則有機會
一睹四川的社會和文化面貌。
