Shine Technical Aids and Resource Centre (STARC)
- Provides technical aids, adaptation, consultation and supportive services to VTC’s student with special educational needs (SEN) to assist individuals to overcome their environmental barrier, facilitate their learning and enable equal participation opportunity in their study.
- STARC locates in Shine Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) & (Kwun Tong).
- Equipped with technical aids production workshop, various technical aids and equipment for SEN students usage
