Upholding inclusive education, the VTC offers equal learning opportunities and appropriate support to students with special educational needs (SEN). It is our aim to enhance support services to cater for the diverse needs of students with SEN and to unleash their potential, as well as to provide support for VTC staff in handling students with SEN.
