In order to uphold the principle of inclusive education, the Vocational Training Council (VTC) is committed to providing students with special educational needs (SEN) with equal learning opportunities and appropriate support. Arrangements are made according to the different needs of each student. We hope to inspire students to realize their potential and fully develop their strengths. The VTC also assists teaching teams in providing relevant support to students.

The Student Special Support Office is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the support services for SEN students across various units within the VTC. In addition, to establish a diverse and whole-school support model, the institution has set up a dedicated team comprising members from different academic departments. The aim is to assist SEN students in various areas and to promote an inclusive learning environment
