Conscious that software is every bit
as important as hardware in providing
an effective learning environment
for our students, we continue to
organise comprehensive capability-
building programmes for our staff. We
also encourage them to participate
in research activities, exchange,
experience-sharing and international
collaborations so that they can keep
abreast with the fast-changing global
environment and educational scene.
Hand-in-hand Towards a
Better Future
During the past year, as always, I have
felt constantly proud and encouraged
by the ‘can-do’ spirit and dedication
of our staff members. In closing,
I should like also to recognise our
supporters in the community who have
generously donated funds to the VTC,
enabling us to meet and exceed our
targets. With the staunch support of
our stakeholders and a strong team of
some 6,000 professional staff, we are
ready to take the VTC to new heights!
